Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Table reservations

The booking form is operated by our service provider Zenchef.

Data: last name, first name, email address, phone number, reservation date and time, number of guests, special requests.
Purpose: managing and following up on your reservation.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and of the catering contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention period: 3 years from your last visit or last contact with the restaurant.

Contact and private hire enquiries

Data: name, email address, phone number, content of your message.
Purpose: handling your enquiry.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.

Marketing communications

Data: email address, mobile phone number, first name, last name, visit history.
Purpose: sending information about our offers, events and news, by email or SMS.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), or our legitimate interest where you are already a customer and the communication relates to services similar to those you have received, in accordance with Article L.34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.
Retention period: 3 years from your last interaction with us (reservation, message opened, click).

You may withdraw your consent or object to these communications at any time, free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in each message or by writing to djangopigallegroup@gmail.com.

Audience measurement and website operation

Data: IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, visit duration, referral source, browser type.
Purpose: measuring website traffic and improving our content.
Legal basis: your consent, collected via the cookie banner (Article 82 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended).
Retention period: 13 months for trackers, 25 months for the data collected.

Security and logging

Data: server connection logs.
Purpose: website security and abuse prevention.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention period: 12 months.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to authorized personnel of DJANGO. We use the following service providers, acting as processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR:

Zenchef: online reservation management
Dokaa: customer relationship management and marketing communications
Google Ireland Limited: website audience measurement
OVH SAS: website hosting

No data is transferred, rented or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability provided for in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, as well as the right to set directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.
